Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Digital Service

KiteOS is a digital software-as-a-service product. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Delivery Method

Service access is provisioned immediately upon successful payment and account creation. Delivery is via browser access to the KiteOS web application at our official domain.

3. Delivery Time

Service access is instantaneous under normal conditions. If you are unable to access your Workspace within 1 hour of successful payment, contact support@zfood.co.in.

4. Service Region

KiteOS is available globally, subject to applicable export restrictions, sanctions, and local laws.
